How To Read Entire Hebrew Words

By now, you should have systematically gone through the series of lessons on the Hebrew Alphabet, and you should be confident that you know the letters and vowels of the Hebrew Alphabet.

In this important lesson, we built on the earlier Hebrew Alphabet lessons and show you how to read an entire Hebrew word. We show you how to spell the word out, letter by letter and vowel by vowel, until you have read the whole word.

To help you get started, we give you examples of some very short words, and we build those up to much longer words.

In the next few lessons, we will build on this lesson by looking at lots of examples of longer and longer Hebrew words. By the time we are finished, you will have gained greater confidence in reading Hebrew that ever before!
