Why Flashcards Work Well

Continuing on from the previous videos explaining How to Learn Hebrew Vocabulary, in this video we look at why using Flashcards can be a good approach to learning vocabulary.

Flashcards allow you to learn groups of words in a convenient way (whenever you have some spare time). You can also shuffle the words (which is very important) and you can remove words once you know them, and even create special piles for words which you find difficult.

Overall, then, Flashcards are a good approach - but ideally you need to create your own special Wordlists for the particular book or chapter which you are studying. This can all be done using BibleWorks or Accordance, and using printing out your list of words - as we shall see in the next few videos.
